SIX factors that will help the resale value of a studio:
* It’s in a doorman building;
* The board allows pieds-a-terre (i.e. out-of-towners can buy it as a weekend home);
* There’s a place to hide the bed, whether an alcove or a Murphy bed;
* It’s a condo (easier for investors);
* The maintenance compares favorably to that of one-bedrooms in the same building (I believe this is actually more important, for price support, than what the absolute maintenance is):
