Getting Around
I didn't know until I read this Carter B. Horsley piece, that 90 East End Avenue was designed by Costas Kondylis, a starchitect who I associate with Donald Trump. Still, it's a pretty, restrained building, with distinctive triple-paned windows.

The building is catty-corner from Carl Schurz Park.

There are no balconies; terrace space exists only on an upper penthouse-y floor. Check views before you buy, because most lower floors face One Gracie Square.
